This Privacy Policy describes how Iconic Life LLC, doing business as LongevityX ("LongevityX," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses your information when you visit longevity-x.com (the "Site"), submit an application, subscribe to our newsletter, purchase products, or enroll in our coaching programs, or other services (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1 - Information We Collect

1.1 - Information You Provide

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

• Submit an application for a LongevityX program
• Subscribe to our newsletter or substack
• Purchase supplements or other products
• Communicate with us via email, phone, SMS, or web forms
• Participate in coaching sessions or program activities

This information may include: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, health and wellness goals, lifestyle information, biomarker data you choose to share, payment information, and any other information you choose to provide.

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and general location data.

1.3 - Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party service providers, including form hosts (such as Tally, Netlify, and GoHighLevel), analytics providers, payment processors, and advertising platforms, in accordance with their privacy policies and your settings with those services.

3 - SMS and Mobile Information

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from LongevityX, we may send you SMS messages relating to your application, coaching appointments, program logistics, supplement orders, and, where you have separately consented, promotional updates about new cohorts and offers.

4 - How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf - including payment processors, email and SMS platforms, hosting providers, analytics services, and customer support tools - under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Healthcare Partners: Where you enroll in a LongevityX program, we may share relevant information with the coaches, practitioners, and lab partners involved in your care, in accordance with the consents you provide upon enrollment.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With Your Consent: We may share information with third parties where you have given us explicit consent to do so.

5 - Cookies and Tracking Technologies

LongevityX is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
